Most or all of our items can be prepared gluten free upon request. . .A steakhouse is the perfect place for someone who needs gluten free food. Steaks are gluten free. We also have appetizers and desserts that are gluten free. . .we only put a little kosher salt on our steaks and broil them. Although the Skirt Steak does have a marinate - soy and spices. We can certainly make adjustments to our dishes such as leaving out flour. . . .We do the best we can to satisfy our customers' requests and we will do what we can. We do not have a pre-prepared gluten-free dinner. . . .I am sure that we could adapt certain dishes when asked to. The problem may come with cross contamination with the use of pans using cooking oil. I have been in business for 25 years and when I have been asked to cook gluten-free, I have been given a list of ingredients and I have accommodated those diners successfully.

We are in the final stages of our gluten free menu. We are simply waiting for the menu to be printed and some of our product orders to arrive before we make the big announcement. That should be in about 2 weeks (from 10-22-08). We are set up and have been serving gluten free alternatives for a few weeks now. Feel free to call us for a reservation 631-589-7775. James

All of our dishes are made to order and my chefs are extremely accommodating to special diet needs. We pride ourselves on our customer’s ability to create their own dishes. Though none of the entrees on the restaurant week menu are naturally gluten free we will gladly change the dishes to fit any customer’s needs.Jeremy Pitcoff
