New Gluten-Free Bakery in NYC opening on Monday February 8th!

Opening it's doors this Monday, February 8th, 2010:

Tu-Lu's Gluten-Free Bakery will feature gluten-free regular and mini cupcakes, muffins, brownies, and scones. They will have rotating flavors of cupcakes on each day of the week, visit their website (below) to see the flavors, but among them are Carrot Cake with Chocolate Icing, Vegan Chocolate Cupcake with Vanilla Icing, and Banana Cake with Peanut Butter Icing! They also will be serving Gluten-Free Paninis!

I can’t wait to check them out!

Can you tell if the foods you find are dairy free or egg free too, as well as GF. Many Celiacs have issues with dairy as well!Our family has issues with egg as well.
PS The only bakery that is GF eggfree and dairy free that I know of is Babycakes in Manhattan.
