Win a Gluten Free Bisquick Prize Pack!

A few weeks ago I posted about not being able to find the new Gluten Free Bisquick® anywhere, but thanks to my readers- they told me where to find it! I still have only found it available at Waldbaum’s (in East Meadow, on Front Street/Merrick Ave)- but, thanks to Bisquick through MyBlogSpark I received an awesome gluten free sample pack including a sample box of Gluten Free Bisquick in the mail! I was so excited to try the highly anticipated Gluten Free Bisquick and it did not disappoint! I love making pancakes on Sunday mornings, so this week I was able to try out the new product. I loved it and so did my husband who is not on a Gluten-Free diet (that is always my benchmark for taste!) The pancakes were light and buttery tasting, and just like I remembered! I was a bit disappointed in the size of the package for the price- I hope they come out with a Wholesale box at BJ’s or Costco! I would love a big box of this to always keep on hand! There was also this delicious looking “impossibly easy french apple pie” made with gluten free Bisquick that I posted on my GlutenFreeLI Facebook page the other day (click here: http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/gluten-free-impossibly-easy-french-apple-pie/c5c26917-0716-479c-9a8e-a7b732863643 ) and this week I will be trying that out and will definitely post my review! See below for a $1 off coupon!

Totally agreed - this stuff is awesome. I made that french apple pie and it was delicious! It also subbed right into the standard Bisquick "Impossibly easy pumpkin pie" recipe too. I'm so impressed with the product, but also wish they would make a bigger box! I paid about $3.89 for a box in upstate NY a month ago - Waldbaums must be marking up the heck out of it! But I'll still buy it, because it's so good.

As soon as I find this I can't want to make the Garlic Cheese Biscuits... I hear they taste like Red Lobster's! After that it will be the Strawberry Shortcakes... :)
