This weekend, I used the Gluten-Free Yellow Cake mix I received from BlogSpark and 2 “overly ripe” bananas that I had to make the most delicious GF Banana Bread! I got the recipe from the GlutenFreely website- http://www.glutenfreely.com/recipes/sides/bf852cb9-734b-4f49-b748-0d16f9ba0c6a
It was REALLY good!! I put chopped walnuts on the top, and covered it with foil (as suggested) to prevent excessive browning and it came out perfect! This was a great quick and easy way to make delicious gluten-free banana bread! Give it a try!
